• 建立並改善製程條件和技術。
• 提升製程能力，降低生產成本。
• 建立並修改製程管理方案。
• 設定各種半導體設備的製程參數。
• 新設備/材料的評估、推廣和規劃。
• 願意輪班做四休三(二)與假日值勤。
• 願意接受無塵室工作環境
• 異常分析及改進。
• 歡迎新鮮人投遞，化學、化工、材料、工程或相關科系學士以上學歷。
