As an HBM SoC Architect, you will work on SoC architecture of HBM logic die in the Heterogeneous Integration Group (HIG). You will be responsible for defining, driving, and owning the end‑to‑end architecture of next‑generation HBM SoCs. You will work across architecture, RTL design, verification, firmware, systems, and product teams to translate product requirements into scalable, robust SoC architectures.
