The **Hazardous Waste Regulatory Scientist** will provide regulatory guidance and oversight of on-site operations on the Fence to Fence (F2F) contract and ensure hazardous waste (HW) management is conducted in compliance with the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act (HMTA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); other applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations; and related DoD and AF directives (including AFMAN 32-7002) and installation hazardous waste management plans.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provides on-site management and conducts Hazardous Waste Operations as specified in the PWS during the hours of operation and potential after hours support.
