Key Responsibilities
- Drive export sales growth across Sub‑Saharan Africa or assigned export markets
- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned to company objectives
- Identify new market opportunities, distributors and key accounts
- Support the marketing team to define the portfolio and assortment strategy by country/channel
- Manage pricing strategy, margins and profitability
- Build long‑term customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
- Deliver annual sales targets, budgets and forecasts for distributor and channel management
- Appoint, manage and develop distributors in export territories
