Hard - Boiled Production Supervisor

Wilcox Farms is hiring a Hard-Boiled Production Supervisor to join our team in Roy, WA (about 20 miles south of Tacoma). In this role you will be for overseeing daily production operations within the Hard Boil department across Wilcox Hard Boiled operation. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining efficient poultry processing operations, supporting production growth, ensuring food safety compliance, and coordinating staffing, sanitation, startup activities, and shift transitions.
