We have an opportunity for an experienced Handyperson to support maintenance works across a single housing estate in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This is a static position based solely on one housing estate, meaning there is no travel required between multiple sites.

While a company van and fuel card will not be provided, a pool van is available on-site for use during the day if needed.

There is a secure lock-up on the estate where you can safely store your tools, so you won't need to transport them daily.

Responsibilities:

Conducting general maintenance and repair works in council-owned properties.
Undertaking basic tasks across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
