Monday - Friday, can be flexible with start time.

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and skilled Handyperson to support the safe and comfortable running of our dementia care home. This role is essential in maintaining a homely, well‑kept environment where residents can feel secure, calm, and supported. You’ll be part of a warm, multidisciplinary team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Repairs & Maintenance — Carry out day‑to‑day repairs, minor plumbing, joinery, painting, decorating, and basic electrical tasks to keep the home in excellent condition.
• Safety & Compliance — Complete regular checks including fire alarms, emergency lighting, water temperature monitoring, and equipment inspections, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
