Handyman

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman / Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative to carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance duties across residential and/or commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works, ensuring all jobs are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out general handyman duties including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs

* Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks in line with schedules

* Attend reactive maintenance jobs and emergency call-outs

* Conduct plumbing maintenance such as fixing leaks, replacing taps, and unblocking drains

* Perform minor electrical works (e.g. changing light fittings, switches)

* Carry out painting, decorating, and making good works

* Complete basic carpentry tasks (doors, locks, skirting, fittings)
