Job Description

  The Role 
 Guardian Service Industries is looking for qualified employees to start working at our Boston, MA location. 
  Qualifications  
 All qualified applicants should have at least 2 years in a service organization.
 Must possess experience in cleaning/janitorial background.
 Basic Painting
 Wall Repair 
 Light Plumbing 
 Light Electrical and Carpentry 
 Ability to communicate with site management, operations managers, and property manager’s
 Bilingual is a plus.
  Responsibilities  
 Cleaning of residential general common areas.
 Mopping.
 Vacuuming.
 Trash removal.
 Cleaning lounge, gym and rest rooms.
