Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify any issues or potential hazards.
• Repair or replace broken equipment or fixtures.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities.
• Respond promptly to requests for repairs from staff or residents.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
