Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and properties to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards.
• Perform repairs and installations of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems as needed.
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues with building systems or equipment.
• Complete tasks related to carpentry such as painting, patching walls and repairing furniture.
• Keep track of inventory for necessary tools and supplies.
• Communicate with property owners or managers regarding maintenance needs or completed tasks.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Handyman in a commercial or residential setting.
• Proficient knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and general maintenance techniques.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
