HANDYMAN/GENERAL WORKER WANTED!!!





Ndaka Property Group is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and proactive individual to join our team to work full-time as a handyman and general worker





RESPONSIBILITIES

● Conduct general maintenance and handyman duties on properties

● Inspect and identify maintenance issues

● Source and identify properties for sale or rental opportunities

● Build relationships with property owners and potential clients

● Make calls to property owners and prospective clients

● Support the sales and operations team with day-to-day activities

● Ensure company properties are well-maintained and presentable



REQUIREMENTS

● Matric/N3/NQF Level 4 Certificate

● Must have valid driver's license and know how to drive

● Good communication and people skills

● Basic handyman/maintenance experience will be an advantage
