Handyman - Data Center (West)

We are looking for a skilled Handyman to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in a data centre setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and be committed to delivering high‑quality work that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of non‑critical facility systems, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
• Install and repair electrical fixtures, plumbing fixtures, HVAC systems, and appliances.
• Install drywall, repair holes and cracks, and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Install flooring, including raised access floor and data centre floor tiles.
• Perform exterior maintenance tasks such as landscaping and mowing.
• Respond to customer service requests promptly and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction.
