External Maintenance:
Carrying out external work to include ground works, concrete repairs and installation, flagging and garden maintenanceErection and repair of fences and gatesExcavating and laying pips, clearing of blockages and repairs to foul and storm water drainage systems and power washingGutter, down pipe and soil pipe repairsMinor roof/patch repairsAssisting with erecting scaffoldingGeneral handyman duties and any similar duties to aboveInternal Maintenance:
Minor plastering repairs to include boardingMinor plumbing, joinery and painting workFitting of level access shower trays and drainageLevelling compound to floor & concrete floor repairsFloor/wall tiling and non slip flooring in small areasCarrying out house clear outsGeneral handyman duties and any similar duties to above...
