Moana New Zealand in Palmerston North is seeking a hands-on Production Team Leader to oversee a frontline production team, coaching on the floor and delivering daily production targets while upholding the highest standards of quality and food safety.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll lead with a positive, collaborative culture, drive continuous improvement, manage inductions and training, and support workforce planning to ensure safe, efficient operations.
