Handover Associate

The Handover Associate [Project-Based] serves as the representative of RHK Land Corporation during the physical turnover of unit to the buyer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that the unit is ready for handover within the prescribed timeline from date of approval for move in.
• Facilitates unit handover to clients and handles any concerns during the process.
• Assists in monitoring post-handover concerns & directs these to proper units for immediate handling & resolution.
• May involve punch listing and inspection of units and common areas.
• Performs other customer service functions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has a Bachelor's Degree for any 4-year course, but preferably in Engineering or Real Estate
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good negotiation and strategy skills
