**Hand Solder Technician**

**Irvine, CA | $22-$25/hr DOE**

**Work Schedule**
4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
Early start between 5:00 AM–6:00 AM
Three-day weekends every week

**What You'll Do**


+ Precision hand soldering under a microscope
+ Read blueprints, assembly instructions, ECOs, and ECNs
+ Complete engineering changes with minimal supervision
+ Inspect assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
+ Support production of high-reliability electronic products

**What We're Looking For**


+ 2+ years of hand soldering or electronics assembly experience
+ Ability to read and follow assembly documentation
+ IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification preferred
+ SMT experience is a plus
+ Ability to read and write English
+ Must be eligible to work on ITAR-controlled projects
