Job description:
Position Summary: To perform the day-to-day general maintenance of public, guest and operational areas in a manner consistent with a four diamond property. To assist the Engineering Manager with the day to day operation of the Engineering Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity
Oversee the operation of the department and supervise and direct the Engineering Team in the absence of the Engineering Manager and Supervisor
May be required to perform Duty Manager shifts
Represent the Engineering Department at Management meetings as required in absence of Manager or Supervisor
Assist the Engineering Manager in the day to day operation of the shop
Supervise and direct work performed by outside contractors
