**Job Title: Deburr Operator**
**Job Description**
The Deburr Operator plays a key role in finishing and preparing precision parts by performing deburring, grinding, sanding, and polishing operations according to detailed work instructions. This is an entry-level, hands-on production role with direct supervision and structured on-the-job training over a minimum of six months, offering the opportunity to acquire foundational skills in shop operations and the use of standard measuring and finishing equipment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform deburr operations in accordance with work order callouts and established work instructions.
+ Use hand tools, grinding tools, sanding tools, and polishing equipment to remove burrs and finish parts to required specifications.
+ Complete all paperwork associated with work instructions and job functions accurately and on time.
