- Reading and interpreting basic construction drawings and work instructions
- Measuring, marking, and preparing materials accurately
- Carrying out construction tasks independently and to required standards
- Assisting with framework, formwork, and structural preparation
- Supporting trades with semi-skilled construction work
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and competently without direct supervision
- Completing assigned work with limited supervision
- Maintaining high Health & Safety standards and participating in toolbox meetings
