Job Brief
Assists Day Treatment staff in the provision of active treatment services including the development and implementation of individual treatment plans for participants in day treatment and day habilitation settings.

8:00AM-4:00PM

Pay range:

$18.83-$18.83





POSITION DUTIES:

+ Attends participant annual, semi-annual, and special conferences as needed.

+ Assists habilitation counselors and clinical team members in the evaluation of participants and participates in the development of the participant’s individual treatment plan.
