Job Description

About the role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise and communicate to children, parents and coaches on the progress of participants, maintain a high level of customer service and guide and direct high potential students.

Our Perfect Fit:

Someone who is a natural leader, delivers exceptional customer service, immaculate written and verbal communication and can deal with all levels of customer complaints. 
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Working with Children Check Clearance
Demonstrated high level attention to detail
Intermediate experience using Microsoft applications (preferably Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrable high-level customer service skills
Availability/flexibility to work shifts per operational requirement
