GUEST SERVICES MANAGER

Super 8 Hotel, Yellowknife is looking for a full-time GUEST SERVICES MANAGER.

Location

Super 8 Hotel – 308 Old Airport Rd, Yellowknife, X1A 3T3.

Minimum Qualification / Education

A University or College Diploma in Hotel Management is required.

Skill Requirements

• Three years experience in a hotel setting with a minimum of one year experience in a leadership role
• Must have the ability to communicate in English
• Strong customer service and administrative skills

Hours Per Week

Permanent full-time: 32-40 hours per week. Weekdays, weekends, holidays availability.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operation of the Guest Services team to comply with the Standard Operating Procedure, maximize revenues, motivate associates and ensure the highest possible levels of professionalism and guest satisfaction.
