Job Description
The Guest Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk and ensuring that guests at Studio 6 Hotel Dryden receive exceptional service from check-in through check-out. This role plays a key part in maintaining brand standards, supporting front office staff, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Train, schedule, and support front desk staff to ensure consistent, professional, and friendly service.
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a solutions-focused approach.
