Lead the guest experience as a Guest Services Manager with SkiBig3, creating exceptional winter ski memories in Banff, Alberta. This full-time, year-round role focuses on seamless service from booking to arrival.
As a Guest Services Manager, you'll oversee the operations of the Reservations and Adventure Hub teams to ensure top-notch guest interactions and sales. You will develop strategies that drive retail sales and mentor staff for superior service delivery. Collaborate with various departments to enhance the guest experience while adhering to established policies.
