グローバルに展開するハイアットの総合予約センター(コールセンター)での予約手配業務です。主に日本在住のお客様に対して世界中のハイアットグループホテルの予約の手配や、お問い合わせ対応、会員のお客様からのお問い合わせに対応していただきます。未経験の方もしっかりサポートいたします(座学でのトレーニング、OJTも充実しています)夜勤はなし、残業はほとんどなく、ワークライフバランスがとりやすい環境です。祝日や年末年始のシフト手当やTOEIC800点以上のスコアをお持ちの方へ語学手当の支給など、手当が充実しています。Join the globally expanding Hyatt Global Care Center and support guests with their hotel reservations.
This role primarily involves assisting customers residing in Japan with booking accommodations at Hyatt Group hotels worldwide, responding to general inquiries, and providing support to World of Hyatt loyalty program members.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle reservation arrangements for Hyatt hotels around the world
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, emails and chat
  • Provide support to loyalty program members
