Guest Relations Representative / ReSet

This position will work as a member of the Facilities Management team. The Guest Relations Representative / ReSet will work to ensure a clean, well-stocked, professional-looking office environment is presented to the external world, including agency customers and external clients / visitors; and will help the Facilities Management team create an inviting, pleasant, and safe place for employees to come to work. This position includes, but is not limited to, pantry cleaning and restocking, meeting room reset, copy room supply restocking, and pre / post meeting assistance. This individual will also be charged with other maintenance tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Support Facilities team in maintaining the appearance of the office, including pantries and copy rooms
• Restock and clean pantry
• Receive merchandise from basement and distribute to assigned floor/s
• Restock copy room
