The Country Head, iWPB Guernsey is accountable for the HSBC Group’s iWPB business on Guernsey, Sark and Alderney, overseeing distribution across all channels for all retail products and propositions, including mortgages, premier and wealth management, and supporting more than 35,000 iWPB customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer‑focused inspirational leadership to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved.
• Lead, coach, motivate and develop the International Wealth and Personal Banking distribution teams to meet domestic and island customer needs.
• Hold supervisory status with a focus on local regulatory governance and HSBC’s Risk Management Framework.
