GTM Ops Lead

Mnml is a strategic and creative agency that functions as an embedded marketing and GTM department for its clients. We are currently running a deep, multi-workstream engagement for a US-based enterprise client in the insurance compliance space, covering brand identity, website build, revenue architecture, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, funnel infrastructure, and AI-powered workflow automation. This is a long-term strategic partnership, not a one-off build.

We are hiring a GTM Lead to own the design, build, and execution of the go-to-market engine across inbound, outbound, paid, network, and channel motions. The role manages a team of GTM specialists (lead gen associates, copywriters, SEO and content specialists, CRM and marketing automation specialists) and partners directly with the Head of Strategy on motion sequencing, infrastructure build, and pipeline outcomes.
