About the Role
We are hiring a Growth & Demand Lead based in India (Remote).
This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Founder, with a clear pathway to become Head of Growth.
This is not a junior marketing role. It is not a social media role. It is a high-impact growth position requiring ownership, structure, and execution.
You will be expected to:
Own campaigns end-to-end
Build and optimize funnels
