Growth Officer

Role Purpose
The Growth Officer (Entry-Level Executive) plays an active, front-line role in driving merchant sales performance through frequent live selling sessions, on-ground activation, and merchant engagement. This role carries direct responsibility for executing live commerce activities, increasing merchant sales volume, and supporting revenue growth through consistent execution rather than administrative support.
Scope of Responsibilities
Live Selling & Sales Activation (Core Responsibility)
Plan, coordinate, and conduct regular live selling sessions with assigned merchants, both online and at JIFF hubs.
Act as a host, co-host, or facilitator during live sessions to drive engagement, product explanation, and sales conversion.
Prepare merchants for live sessions by assisting with product selection, pricing visibility, scripts, and run-of-show planning.
Ensure live sessions are conducted according to schedules and sales objectives set by management.
