About the Role
We’re building the next generation of AI-powered HR Tech at Konverz.Ai and Kognoz, a conversational intelligence platform powered by behavioural science and psycholinguistics. We’re seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our lead generation engine across India and Southeast Asia.
This role will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline from paid media, CRM workflows, outbound cadences, webinars, and events, with a sharp focus on enterprise CHROs, TA, TM and L&D leaders, and HR decision makers.
