We are hiring a Growth Manager to help accelerate LYGG's growth across the North Sea region.
You’ll be responsible for creating new business from the ground up, identifying opportunities, approaching decision-makers, winning new customers and building long-term relationships. You’ll have the freedom to build your own pipeline while helping build an entirely new market for regional business travel.
We are looking for a true hunter: someone who enjoys creating new business, is energised by finding new opportunities and understands that success comes from consistent activity, resilience and determination.
You will:
- Help shape where we grow – not just what we sell.
- Prospect and win new B2B customers.
- Build your own pipeline through outbound outreach, networking and events.
- Manage the sales process from first contact to signed agreement.
