Growth Manager - Lending

Role Summary

You will be part of the Core Growth Team at AstraTech. Your key focus will be on our core lending products including CashNow, SNPL, EasyCash and Installment Cards. You will play a critical role in executing CRM campaigns, conducting ad hoc analysis, and leveraging marketing automation tools to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work with both third-party platforms and in-house CRM systems, using data analytics and SQL to optimize growth efforts. You will work closely with all members of the growth team to gather, track, and analyze data from a variety of sources, including first party data, MMPs, CRM analytics, and much more.
