Growth manager (ecommerce)

Role Overview:
This role is focused on owning end-to-end marketplace performance across multiple E-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for driving growth across sales, visibility, and profitability while leading execution teams and defining marketplace strategy across ads, listings, pricing, and operations.

● Define monthly & quarterly marketplace strategy, not just execute campaigns
● Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue, category share, and profitability.
● Own pricing strategy, events, discounting, and deal planning.
● Lead and mentor e-commerce executives, assigning priorities, reviewing output, and ensuring timely execution.
