About the Role

We're seeking a growth lead to scale HyperLink's adoption, TVL, and partner ecosystem. You'll own business development end-to-end — from sourcing trading firms to building strategic partnerships that expand the platform.

What You'll Do

• Source and onboard trading firms, market makers, and institutional users
• Build strategic partnerships across DeFi and trading infrastructure
• Drive TVL growth and platform adoption
• Work with engineering and product to align growth efforts with the roadmap
• Represent HyperLink externally at events and in key channels
