Growth Lead- Rwanda

Role Overview

We are hiring a Growth Lead to lead the execution and expansion of Power's product suite in Rwanda. This is a hands-on commercial role responsible for driving employer on boarding, usage, and continuous growth of our financial services.

The Growth Lead will serve as Power's in-market lead for Rwanda, working closely with employers, HuzaHR, and financial partners to ensure successful deployment of Pay and readiness for Borrow and ton tine products.

The role reports directly to the Co-Founder & CTO, to ensure strong alignment between product adoption, market needs, and the technical/operational roll out—consistent with how we manage growth roles in other markets.

1. Drive Adoption of Pay

-Lead onboarding of employers to the Pay product.
