Job Description
ODAQ is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to improve their Shopify store performance. You will plan, run, and analyze A/B tests, optimize product pages, and monitor conversion metrics for ongoing improvement.
The ideal candidate should have 3–5+ years of experience in CRO for e-commerce and a strong understanding of UX/UI principles. This position is critical for enhancing the brand's customer experience.
