Growth Director SMR

At RAC, we're transforming the way vehicle maintenance and repair services are delivered. With access to over 15 million members, a growing Mobile Mechanics proposition, and ambitious plans for expansion, we're looking for a commercially driven Growth Director to lead the next phase of our growth journey.

This is a critical leadership role with significant influence across the wider RAC Group. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll own the growth agenda for our mobile mechanics within the SMR Division, developing and executing a scalable strategy that drives member acquisition, engagement, retention and long-term profitability.

You'll combine exceptional commercial acumen with deep expertise in customer growth, digital channels and proposition development, ensuring we maximise the opportunity within our existing membership base whilst unlocking new growth opportunities.
