We’re Hiring | Growth Associate (MBA) – Work Directly with the Founder 

At Shephertz, we’re looking for an MBA  (Sales/Marketing) with 6–12 months of experience who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and work closely with the founder on initiatives. 

This role is ideal for someone who feels their current role is too structured or slow and wants real exposure to how businesses scale. 

What you’ll work on: 

✅ Growth & business initiatives 

✅ Sales and marketing execution 

✅ Market research & strategy support 

✅ Cross-functional projects with leadership
