About the Role

We are hiring a Growth Analyst / Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to own growth decisions across our websites, funnels, and call flows.

Your responsibility is to identify where revenue is leaking and fix it quickly.

Most improvements will come from small, targeted changes such as:

adjusting headlines or CTAs

changing copy, images, or layout hierarchy

reducing friction before a call or booking

improving how users ask questions

We do not believe in large redesigns.

We believe in fast, low-cost changes with high return.
