Position OverviewThe Growth Advisor is a new role at Contractor Click, created as part of the rollout of our new client growth platform.
This role exists to help contractors understand, trust, and implement the growth strategies provided through the platform.The Growth Advisor is not a traditional account manager and not a fulfillment specialist.
This person is the human guide inside a platform-led, AI-enabled, scalable client experience.The Growth Advisor supports up to 100 clients by using account signals, AI tools, marketing knowledge, and proactive communication to guide clients toward the right next action.
They help clients gain clarity, stay engaged, implement recommendations, and feel supported as they work toward better marketing outcomes.This is a fast-moving, evolving role.
