We're looking for a Grower Settlement Analyst to oversee the accurate and timely processing of grower payments, ensuring settlements are completed in line with agreed contractual terms.
This is a key role working at the heart of our agriculture finance function, managing high-volume data and building strong relationships with internal teams and growers.
What You'll Do

• Co-ordinate and review grower settlement data and statements
• Manage the payment approval workflow , ensuring deadlines are met
• Liaise with Agriculture, Finance, suppliers and growers on queries
• Process and manage grower payments, invoices and self-billing
• Ensure strong adherence to SOPs and financial controls
