Grove Harbour Marina Dry Stack Marina Operations Supervisor

The Dry Stack Marina Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Marina’s dry stack facility.

This role ensures safe, efficient, and customer-focused handling of vessels, while managing staff, equipment, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

The manager acts as the primary point of contact for boat owners, coordinates logistics, and drives operational excellence.

This role works weekends and most holidays and is fully onsite in Coconut Grove.  Pay is $26 to$30 per hour.

Key Responsibilities   Operations Management Supervise daily dry stack operations, including launching, hauling, and storage of vessels.

Ensure proper use and maintenance of forklifts, travel lifts, and other marina equipment.

Develop and enforce operational procedures to maximize efficiency and safety.
