+ Calculate water-to-cement ratios and mix exact batches of grout
+ Ensuring the mixture meets project engineering specifications
+ Inspect, clean, and maintain pumps and mixing drums
+ Capable of frequent lifiting, carrying, standing, and working in various weather conditions
