In this role, you’ll manage supplier invoices and ensure compliance with tax regulations in both Canada and the U.S. Your contributions will include improving processes and acting as a vital contact for vendor inquiries. Participate in month-end closings while verifying expense allocations to maintain accuracy and integrity across financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process supplier invoices efficiently and accurately
• Oversee Accounts Payable cycle tasks
• Calculate tax self-assessments for various transactions
• Analyze statements and resolve missing invoices
• Participate in financial month-end closings
Requirements:
• DEC/AEC or DEP in Accounting or similar
