Well established group of companies is in need of an experienced Group Senior IT Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist users with issues logged via the Helpdesk System
• Liaise with Supervisor or IT Manager regarding “problem” tickets
• Troubleshooting and conducting physical upgrades, repairs, and setups
• Troubleshooting network related issues
• Assist IT Manager on minor and major IT and digitisation related projects and initiatives

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Grade 12
• Drivers License
• +-3 years in a desktop support role
• A+ / N+
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Windows 7, 8, 10
• Networks & computer hardware
• Advanced Computer Skills Internal customer service focused
