The Opportunity

This role sits at the centre of Telstra’s Security delivery model, partnering closely with Group Owners and key stakeholders. You’ll influence how work is planned and delivered across multiple security domains, uplift delivery maturity, and improve transparency, performance, and outcomes at scale.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate and manage work intake, prioritisation, and delivery cadence across Security groups.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote consistent Agile practices.

• Partner with Group Owners to align capacity, capability, and delivery priorities.

• Support backlog refinement, dependency management, and delivery sequencing.
