Your new role 

In this role you will support individuals engaged in the HACC PYP (Home and Community Care Program for Younger People) and Support for Carers Program by coordinating meaningful and flexible group-based activities that foster connection, emotional wellbeing, and independence.

As the Coordinator, you will design and implement programs that encourage participation in everyday life, rebuild confidence, and enhance social inclusion - all while providing essential respite for carers.
