Group Reporting Manager

The Ideal profile is someone coming from a top 20 accountancy practice with 1-2 years PQE (ACA OR ACCA) This role supports the Financial Controller in delivering high-quality financial reporting across a complex multi-entity group. The successful candidate will take ownership of key areas including audit, statutory reporting, technical accounting, and stakeholder reporting processes. Acting as a key point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners, the role offers broad exposure to investor reporting, financing structures, and strategic business initiatives within a fast-growing private equity-backed organisation. Working closely with both the Group Financial Controller and CFO, the individual will be given significant responsibility from an early stage.
